Observed here: wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android#13198 (comment)

I noticed that the error notification that gets created when a story isn't saved remains even after the save was successful so we probably want to cancel that notification in the logic somewhere. Let me know if you are able to reproduce. I was using CASE A: error in saves

I confirm I was able to reproduce, we need to cancel the notification when a retry for the same media is successful.
