Switching from unmetered to metered connection pauses download without updating UI

If you have the setting turned on to only auto download episodes on an unmetered connection, auto downloads that start on an unmetered connection will pause if the phone switches to a metered connection. The UI on the episode list screen or the fullscreen episode page will still show the episode is still downloading though, it just never progresses because the download is actually paused.

This could lead to users complaining about the app continuing to download when on a metered connection even though it actually isn't in this specific scenario.
