Blog Posts Block Date Translation Stops when More Posts are loaded.

Quick summary

On a site that uses a non-ABC language, such as UK - Українська or RU - Русский. The blog posts block will translate the publish date for whatever posts show by default. Loading More Posts, however, shows the dates in English.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the language on a site to a non-ABC language, such as UK Українська or RU Русский
2. Have a blog posts block with block settings to show the post date and the option to Load More posts.
3. Preview the Page with the Blog Posts block, and click to Load More Posts
4. You'll see the original 3(or however many) posts show the date translated into the chosen language.
5. Upon clicking "Load More," the loaded posts show the date in English.

What you expected to happen

The published dates to be in the chosen language UK - Українська or RU - Русский.are

Upon clicking "Load More," the loaded posts show the date in English.

Was able to reproduce -- I also noticed that other parts of that metadata (like the word "by" in the author byline) is also not translated in these loaded more posts.
