What

Add a screen option to hide the featured image and change the default columns

We'd like to add a new screen option for allowing the hiding and showing of the featured image we're adding to the posts list screen in #20720.

We'll do this by refactoring the thumbnail preview feature to be fully server-side and leverage the existing mechanisms to add the "hide/show" toggle. We'll try to align the thumbnail using CSS.

Additionally we think it could be useful (on wpcom) to default to hiding the tag and category columns. This would only be when the visible columns haven't already been changed. Being able to determine this still needs a bit of research.
