I'm not sure how feasible this would be, unless saucelabs has the ability to add a script tag to any arbitrary page. We have been playing around with the idea of a load(src) function though, and/or a command line invocation like repl ie6 foo.js as a way to preload a script before running the REPL. Would that suit your needs?
