Actual Behavior

Tagged git version for 0.9.3 includes blocks for calendar: https://github.com/Automattic/Edit-Flow/tree/0.9.3/blocks/dist

calendar.build.js
calendar.editor.build.css
calendar.style.build.css

These were removed in between GIT releases with no commit messages, perhaps by mistake.

However, the wordpress.org plugins release svn repo included the calendar blocks up until v 0.9.7:
https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/edit-flow/tags/0.9.6/blocks/dist/
https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/edit-flow/tags/0.9.5/blocks/dist/
https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/edit-flow/tags/0.9.4/blocks/dist/

Desired Behavior

Given that the most recent SVN versions/ WordPress.org release included the calendar blocks, can they be replaced or updated?
