Better documentation of necessary IAM permissions #340

I have gotten IAM working, but the permissions in the example (https://github.com/AssetSync/asset_sync#amazon-aws-iam-users) are quite expansive. Is there a more restricted list of policies that can be implemented?

I guess it's about what types of operations are run during syncing
