This is a suggestion to fix #1409 by keeping precompute intact but disabling inlining of
const
v128
s. In the given casewill precompute the value to a
v128.const
(initializer might be arbitrarily complex), but will not attempt to inline an eventual constant in subsequent code and instead leave the decision to do so to Binaryen.
