All tasks "Task failed" dev branch windows scheduler_selection #233

I'm on dev branch. Last commit is on Mar 24, 2024

Any, and all txt2img Agent Tasks fail with
ERROR:sd:[AgentScheduler] Task (ID) failed:

sd-webui-agent-scheduler
is up to date

Not sure if it's related, but one of the changes listed is
Merge pull request AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui#15333 from AUTOMATIC1111/scheduler_selection

So it seems like they may have changed something to do with task scheduling.
