Abnormal generation of questions when time runs out

We have identified that, when the user lets the time pass, the next generated question does not appear clean, instead, it shows several questions in a flash before locking into the real next one.

We plan to solve this for the final delivery due to lack of time and because it does not break the system, it is just a visual bug.
