As 3.13 will be released on 01/10/2024, it would be nice to jump ship early. Or at least monitor the situation with patches. 3.13 brings in some core optimizations, and it would be very beneficial.

At the current time we are using alpine version of python docker image, so we might want to wait for it to be available. Then hopefully all the dependencies won't break
