Auto Detect OpenGOAL Install

What is this fixing or adding?

• Adds a new host.yaml setting that will automatically detect where your OpenGOAL installation directory is when set to true (true by default). This mneans new users won't have to find their OpenGOAL install folder and edit their host.yaml, the client should handle all of that for them. If something goes wrong, the new setting can be changed to false, and the existing root_directory setting will be used instead. All the same validation will still occur.
• Fixed the deathlink flag when the user first connects to the AP server. It will now read the in-game flag and send that to the server, so it will "remember" your last setting.

How was this tested?

Tested locally, also enlisted the help of an Arch user to test out the auto-detect feature.
