About view expansion signal

In the About view, the signal used on the ItemSelector is onExpansionCompleted. According to the docs, this is also triggered when the selector is done collapsing, but this doesn't appear to be the case.

Currently, the only way to see the other licenses is to select the desired license, then tap the dropdown again. The license becomes visible when the menu is done expanding again.

The desired (and expected) behavior is that after the user taps a license to view, the selector would collapse and the correct license would be displayed.
