Description

Changing permissions by default to rstudio-pm on DataDir.

Problem

When mounting EFS to RStudio Package Manager EC2 instance, by default it uses root:root user. RStudio Package Manager sometimes fails because it can't change the ownership to rstudio-pm.

Proposed Solution

As a solution, we can enforce rstudio-pm permissions on DataDir.

Alternatives Considered

Double checking if RStudio Package Manager can't handle it by yourself and if this is actually the issue.
