Docker Slowdown on Page Load

Docker shows a massive spike in CPU and Memory usage upon page loads and reloads. This results in a slowdown for every page load and API call making testing slow and somewhat tedious. The issue most likely lies in the way the Docker container is set up and not this particular module.
