[Bug] cross blocks format not reflected on the float toolbar

Bug Description

The text is in bold but 'B' is not highlighted in the toolbar

How to Reproduce

copy past these paragraphs into an appflowy doc:

Expected Behavior

when the text is in bold, no matter whether it's within the same block, the toolbar should reflect on the applied formatting options.
