• Full MRI Ruby as alternative implementation

NOTE: The documentation for this release is currently broken, but everything else should work as normal.

Besides that, regular Ruby (MRI, CRuby, or whatever you prefer) is now supported as an implementation, with nearly complete compatibility between both implementations. Most Anyolite methods are designed to work in a implementation-agnostic way!

The MRI implementation might cause some problems I have not accounted for yet, so feel free to submit issue reports if something does not work the way you expect it to.
