Trying to run the example: TOML example.vi missing a sub VI

I am running labview 2023, 32bit
Installed the library from VIPM and confirmed it is version 2.3.2.24

Issue 1: although the examples are LISTED on my labview example finder dialog when I attempt to open them I receive the following error: that file can not be found or opened...

Issue 2: When I download the TOML example.vi and open it the following issues occur:

1. I need to point the VI to the library sub-VIs on my hard drive (i.e. labview does NOT automatically find them)
2. The following VI IS NOT AVAIALABLE in the library directory: TOML to tree.vi

i've noticed this issue... I have to learn how to properly integrate examples into LabVIEW's example finder via VIPM

Lol, no worries. Any thoughts about the missing VI: TOML to tree.vi

it's not needed for anything i'm just a container for all the other VI to make sure the icons, access scope are right
