Binding two buttons to one button

Hmm. First of all, I'm really big fan of AntiMicroX, it's really great program. Secondly, I love No Man's Sky. This game hasn't support for other controllers except keyboard, mouse and pad. But I don't like play with pad so I was able to configure AntiMicrox for using with Thrustmaster TWCS throttle. In this game it's possible to use glitch during base building. And I want to configure AntiMicroX so, I can map two pad buttons to one button on TWCS. For example: key "E" and LMB to one button. This is needed, for using glitch in NMS. But I can't discover, what I have to do in order that game recognizes pressing one button on TWCS as pressing simultaneously two buttons: E on keyboard and LMB. I tried simply assign E and LMB to one button by "Advanced" option, but this works only sometimes. Often game recognizes only first button (E) and simply ignores LMB. Any ideas?
