First login theme error

Error at the first login screen. This happens everytime I install Antergos, the default installation, the one that erases everything, in this case was with Cinnamon but it happens with Xfce too, I don't remember if this happens with others DEs:

I always choose “Load Default Theme” and it seems to work, I didn't try "Fallback Theme" or "Cancel".

Are experience the same problem.
We have this in a NFS system, and with different speed over network. 100Mb, 1Gb
Problem is not on the fastest system, but exist on the slow one. We can't find anything that gives us clue in the log.
