I have a fresh install of Visual Studio 2019, and attempted to build the Rover project. Not overly familiar with Visual Studio, so need project migrated and published for the newest version of the tool.

Visual Studio 2019 doesn't want to work with the original project. Worked on it for awhile and but couldn't resolve it. This will require more time than I can commit to right now.
In the meantime please use Visual Studio 2017.
