How to link between GitHub issue tracker and wiki #1

This issue is a placeholder to test linking between the wiki and the issue tracker.

However, the GitHub issue tracker does not seem to use wiki syntax

So you must use an

<A href="../wiki/WORKAROUND:-linking-between-GitHub-issue-tracker-and-wiki"> like this

TBD: cleanup this issue and the wiki page it links to. Make sure they are consistent. Show examples in both places.

TBD: possibly add text talking about linking between the wiki and the issue tracker and the code in the repository. Linking all ways, fully connected graph K-3.
