[Suggestion] Add explanation why Pressure Advance tuning should be done before extrusion multiplier?

Your guide explicitly states the order of tuning, and Pressure Advance is before the Extrusion Multiplier tuning. Also, PA tuning is set as a requirement before EM tuning.

As a noobcake in printing, this strikes me as odd and I would really like to know why you recommend this. I think it would also be good to add this reasoning (or a hint) to the guide.
