The idea would be to use the F-Droid image (docs/fdroid/Dockerfile) try to compile the project on git push.
That would make releasing to F-Droid less painful/error-prone, following the "if it hurts do it more" strategy.

So if my upstream request ever gets merged https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/merge_requests/3229 then we can look into CI integration.
