FreePIE Not Launching.

FreePIE was working fine yesterday, but today i installed Visual C++ AiO because my game wasn't launching. And now FreePIE isn't working and the game does. I tried reinstalling, deleting settings file from %appdata%, trying older versions of the program, but nothing helped. It's not in tray mode, but i see it in task manager running as 32bit. I am on Windows 10 1903 64bit.
