Maven repositories are extremely important to Java developers. As a Java developer I would like to be able to access the required czml-writer artifacts from Maven Central. You support nuget for .NET, why not support Maven for Java?

A few years ago I had made a pom for the project that allowed it to be deployed, but the source tree seems to to have been reorganized since then. Specifically the addition of the sources for agi.foundation.compatibility.

There is probably a way to publish to maven central with gradle, but I'm less familiar with that tool.
