Not able to move tiles in Lineage panel

Expected behavior

When toggle interactivity is set to opened lock I expect to be able to move the tiles (models, seeds, etc.) in the lineage on the canvas. In previous versions that was available.

Actual behavior

Cannot move any objects on the canvas in lineage.

Steps To Reproduce

1. open any model in your dbt repo
2. open LINEAGE panel
3. have toggle interactivity unlocked (it's unlocked as default)
4. move a rectangle with your model on canvas
