Funding List returning hidden row

Describe the bug
Rows not in the Smartsheet are showing up in funding info responses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://aind-metadata-service/funding/Discovery-Neuromodulator%20circuit%20dynamics%20during%20foraging
2. "name": "ams OSRAM", shouldn't be in the list
