Hi Alessio,

I'm just testing the aind branch and REMOVE_OUT_CHANNELS: False.

The test session I submitted has now been running for >120 hours:

Note:

  • ProbeC was not inserted
  • ProbeF was only inserted ~900 microns (so ~2/3 of the channels in the bank closest to the tip were out of the brain)

Feel free to cancel the run to explore - I shared the capsule with you.
