Describe the solution you'd like
Right now devices are duplicated in the DAQ list and in the device list itself. One idea is to store DAQ output channel information in the devices and auto-populate the DAQ list from that.

There are also potentially situations where devices are chained through other devices @arielleleon please post some details about the situations you're seeing.
