Auto-generate "resource page" html files #21

Add a github action to automatically run the cells of the .ipynb if changed and produce the resulting html files; rather than running the .ipynb locally and pushing the html files.
Also maybe change the format of the tables produced by the .ipynb (use pandas tables or some such for output generation)
