More detailed jupyter notebook instructions

Give a little more information about how to run a jupyter notebook:

• Link to jupyter installation instructions
• Describe how to connect jupyter to the virtual environment created in the opening steps
• Mention that the user should use the "run all cells" button so they get everything, and cells are run in order

After #58, we're down to just two notebooks. We may not need to do this if we convert the other two to scripts.
