I have found out I need to use the teleport pad in the Nether but still can't find any dragon or other creatures or structure from this mod. Have I missed something? Can I fix it myself if it is a bug?

Update:

I found out if i create a world, then only in the overworld or in the otherworld are spawning "ice and fire" structure and mobs. never in both.
