General improvements in the AOD creation
- Smearing helium3 with pT and not pT/z - Fix box and gun pythia executables and more improvements - Fix seed for background - Add more decays to bck event - Update cleaning script - Linking also summary file in current directory - Add c-deuteron - Fix LUT writer from AODs
