Describe the bug
Currently, editing with Office software is not supported when file extensions are in uppercase.

Environment

ACA version: 4.3.0
ACS version: 7.4

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Upload an Office file with uppercase file extension
Right Click on the file
See that edition with Office is not provided

Expected behavior
Enable case-insensitive matching for file extensions, addressing cases where extensions are provided in uppercase.

Desktop:

OS: all
Browser : all
