Fix GH Pages deployment

https://alexslemonade.github.io/OpenPBTA-manuscript/ is a little over a month out of date. We need to fix the GH pages deployment.

The following issue may be helpful in resolving the problem: greenelab/covid19-review#1177

This doesn't impact resubmission, but should be addressed shortly after.

The current version of the manuscript is available here: https://alexslemonade.github.io/OpenPBTA-manuscript/

At a high level, here are the steps I took:

• I turned on Zenodo archiving for this repository and cut a release targeting the gh-pages branch: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-manuscript/releases/tag/gh-pages-2023-04-06. Archive available here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7806088.
• I checked out gh-pages locally and arbitrarily removed directories in v/, e.g., with rm -rf v/0* (following HTML manuscript not updating greenelab/covid19-review#1177 (comment)). I was loosely going off of the largest directories.
• I committed all changes (deletions) and pushed to gh-pages.
