letter parameter at get_network_boxes() in network.c

Hi Alex, int letter seem to be an additional parameter that is passed compared to pj's fork.
I couldn't find explanation on the variable.
Could you provide some insights ?

letter param is used to use letterbox_image resize approach (the same as in the original repo) instead of simple resize_image #232 (comment)
