支持auth_chain_b吗？

看Makefile里shadowsocksr-libev的源码没有支持chain_b啊？

写错了，应该是auth_chain_a,破娃没有更新完chain_b就撤了

auth_chain_b的支持好像补好了

@daiaji 这个源码试过编译 openwrt-shadowsocksr 用 auth_chain_b 协议，但是不稳定，在 issues 里提了，貌似还没解决。

@daiaji 刚才又编译了一下 https://github.com/shadowsocksrr/shadowsocksr-libev ，似乎 auth_chain_b 已经能稳定支持了。
