After first WebDAV connection printer cannot read sd card anymore (until ESP reset) #10

Brief description of the issue in title. But there is not even much more to say. If needed, write it as a commentar.

Hope it can be fixed...

Connected trough Windows Explorer ("Mount network drive"). Tried to remove it, but the SD Cloud adapter never gives back read access to printer.

3D printer: Anycubic i3 Mega S
SD card: Trancend Premium 400x 16GB SDHC

This firmware does not appear to release lines. ardyesp's code does: https://github.com/ardyesp/ESPWebDAV/blob/aa8d9a21aafb481a77451b2cbcbb9dd05fcf011a/examples/Printer_3D/Printer_3D.ino#L150
