Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The template should include optional setups allowing for easily publishing API to a maven repository. (Perhaps a multi-project structure could have a api module that is publishable?)

The template should also include easy automatic publishing of releases & release jars to supported platforms like Hangar and Modrinth.
