As noted in Agoric/agoric-sdk#8114 ,

Neither namesByAddress nor myAddressNameAdmin nor even the NameHub API seems to be documented.

For example, namesByAddress and myAddressNameAdmin, as well as agoricNames, are missing from https://docs.agoric.com/reference/repl/
