sync REPL home docs with agoric deploy docs

We have an enumeration of home contents (home.wallet, ...) under Agoric REPL.

Under Deploying Smart Contracts | Beta, we cite a handful of examples, but we don't say that the home provided to them is the same as the home in the REPL.

The agoric deploy CLI docs are also not connected.
