PayPal Express checkout throws 'Unable to update address. Please try again.' error

When PayPal express checkout is initiated through PDP it throws 'Unable to update address. Please try again.' on PayPal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the product details page
2. Click on 'PayPal' express checkout button
3. Login to Paypal
4. You can see 'Unable to update address. Please try again.' error on PayPal

Expected behavior
Order goes through and should return to Magento

Same error for me as well also appearing when initiated from Cart, so paypal express not usable:
Magento version : 2.4.6-p6
Adyen module version : 9.9.1
Adyen Magento2 Express Checkout version : 2.3.0

Thank you for creating this issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce this issue on the given versions. We need more information to get more insights about this issue.

If you observe an error message on the address or shipping method selection, you should see an error message on the network tab or console. In addition to that, could you please check system logs and Adyen logs. Please inform us if you see an error message in one of those messages.

PS: Please DO NOT share logs on a Github Issue since it might contain personal or payment information. Also please mindful about sharing screenshots as well. If you need to share the logs, you can send an email to [email protected] with the URL of this Github Issue.

I don't know if this is the same error, but on my side this seems to happen when I try to use a paid shipping method.
I have the following error in the logs from Magento:

AdyenLoggerTest.INFO: Response from Adyen API {"body":{"error":"Sum of selected deliveryMethod amount and original offer amount does not match the total amount."}}
