bold retriever

bold_retriever is a Python application to identify specimens from COI sequences and BOLD SYSTEMS

Basic setup

Install the requirements:

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the application:

$ python -m bold_retriever --help

To run the tests:

    $ pytest
