Are the teams responding if you asked them in other social media?
Ente is also joining Proton IIRC, and there are still activity and discussions in Discord. I'll check other social media later.
In any case if you wanted a backup options, the easiest ways are to back all the notes without pinned (pinned notes formattings are destroyed when exported, unless the destination of the other notes apps support it), write down your pinned as a tags inside all the pinned notes.
Compress it with Brotli of google, XZ, Peazip compression methods, etc. encrypt it with PicoCrpyt.
and then put it in another vault of KeePass, I myself use KeePassXC and KeePassDX with synchronization done by Syncthing from a guide by TroubleChute YT channel.
Either you separate sensitive files with usual files or mixed them but the syncing part is hard to do, there are a lot of options in privacyguides, privacytools dot io, divest dev recommended apps, brainf+cksec recommended mobile apps, etc.
If you need to secure backups: Veracrypt for full OS (not sure about the consequences) and Cryptomator (static backups though, no write to it. will fail coupled with syncthing).
I use KeePassXC for sensitive files after encrypting it with PicoCrypt, usual notes go to Obsidian, all synced by Syncthing.
If Standard Notes supports offline syncing I would use it all the time, AnyNote currently is not polished enough either, so I chose Obsidian for now.
(Note of warning: if you plan to use obsidian with syncthing, keep your plugins local otherwise sync conflict will occur, exclude .obsidian folder from syncthing, other examples of this is the dataview plugins .stignore file)
There's Org-mode that could be synced using Syncthing technically but I haven't tried it yet.
This is merely as a backup suggestion, not marketing at all. I'm just an end user.
