Switch to non-modified Apache license #816

OpenTimelineIO currently uses a modified version of the Apache 2.0 license.

In order to ease the approval process for future contributions, and industry usage of OTIO, we intend to switch to the standard Apache 2.0 license.

Note: We plan to make this switch after the OTIO project is transferred to the Academy Software Foundation.
