Not able to Open the lineage

When I'm going to Spline UI and trying to get the Lineage then it's showing me that this page is under development. Can you please help me?

That specific page is under development - not implemented yet. But if you don't see your lineage anywhere (in other tabs in UI) try to do steps from this troubleshooting guide: #1225 (comment)

Is it because of 0.7 version? And in which tab can I find this?

Execution Events and Data sources tabs should both work.

Thanks that is working but we are not able to find the actual Lineage it just shows the execution plan. Can you suggest if we can use Older version to exactly check the column level Lineage. At this points that is missing

There is no UI for end-to-end column level lineage yet. It was planned, but was never implemented due to lack of team capacity. The column lineage is only supported per individual execution plan. Go to the execution plan detailed view, click on any attribute in the input/output panel and you'll see a highlighted path in the graph.
