Show photograph in autocomplete

On edit committee we are now showing an auto complete. It would be nice to display the photograph as well.

Suggestions

• Autocomplete should work with searching with surname as well, it should not be limited to Initial part of the name
• About Profile Image, should we use gravar, or use google or fb image or even give an option to upload ?

-1 for uploading images. That would mean we need to handle storage or s3.
-0 for using gravatar. That works well with developers, but not a good choice for aam aadmi :)
