Add linkage between Chef's todo list and the dish list (RecipeBook)

Todo list contains info of dishes name, dishes amount (today's undone amount). #106
Access dish list to retrieve the amount of ingredients needed. #105
Do some calculations and check if the fridge has enough ingredient.
