Configuring and running the Basilisk build

Hi folks,
I'm trying to install Basilisk and got to the stage where I need to run the following:
py conanfile.py --generator "Visual Studio 17 2022"
AFAIK, I successfully installed all prerequisites required up to this stage. However, I get the following error:
"ERROR: Error, the file to download already exists: 'C:\Users\GuyMarcus.conan\data\protobuf\3.5.2\bincrafters\stable\dl\export\conan_sources.tgz'. [Remote: bincrafters]
The 'protobuf/3.5.2@bincrafters/stable' package has 'exports_sources' but sources not found in local cache.
Probably it was installed from a remote that is no longer available."
Have someone here ever encounter this? does somebody can kindly guide me what should I do?
